Hallmark provides more Christmas romances

As the year 2020 is in its final months, the holiday movies are hitting the screens. With Christmas only a month away, Hallmark has already started streaming new Christmas movies.

First on the list is Never Kiss a Man in a Christmas Sweater, which will debuted on the Hallmark Channel on Nov. 7. This film stars Ashley Williams, who played Victoria on the series How I Met Your Mother, and Niall Matter, who received his first significant break in 2007, with one of the main roles in the teen drama The Best Years. Williams plays a single mother who is expecting her Christmas to be like usual, just her and her child, but it turns out different this year. The mother meets a stranger who will soon become her houseguest. Together the two will spend Christmas side-by-side as their bond grows strong.

Second on the list is Christmas with the Darlings which aired Nov. 8. This movie stars Katrina Law and Carlo Marks. Law is known for playing the role of Mira in the Starz television series Spartacus. In the movie Christmas with the Darlings, Law plays a helpful woman to a man (Carlo Marks) and his orphaned nieces and nephew during Christmas. The man she was helping turns out to be her wealthy boss’s younger brother.

Third on the list is Christmas in Vienna,which airs on the Hallmark Channel on Nov. 14. The movie stars Sarah Drew and Brennan Elliott. Drew is known for her role as April Kepner on Grey’s Anatomy. Elliott is a Canadian actor, best known for his role as Dr. Nick Biancavilla in the Lifetime medical drama series Strong Medicine. Jess is a violinist who has lost her motivation to play, so she goes to the city of Vienna to find her inspiration.

Last but not least is A Timeless Christmas, streaming on the Hallmark Channel Nov. 15. The film stars Erin Cahill and Ryan Paevey. Charles Whitley (Paevey) is a time traveler from the 1900s. He has come to his historical mansion where he meets Megan (Cahill) in the year 2020. The two spend Christmas together and experience a 21st century Christmas.

Hallmark’s Christmas movies never fail to disappoint viewers. Tune in to your television screens for this added joy to the holidays.
