While college in and of itself is stressful enough, it is a wise decision for college students to have a job. Having a job while in college proves to be quite beneficial. Students can have spending money and can learn the importance of saving money as well. Working while in school not only provides a student with extra responsibility, but also a greater sense of time management. Previous employment looks good on a resume because it shows how hard one is willing to work. Working and being in school, however, is not for everyone; it can create anxiety and high levels of stress. It is simply a suggestion.
