The Jones County Junior College Bobcats suffered a hard loss against the Pearl River Community College Wildcats with an ending score of 23-30, Oct. 15. Unfortunately, this was also the Bobcats’ homecoming game. Also, PRCC is the Bobcats’ number one rivalry team, who they have beaten many times prior to this year.
On Oct. 20, the Bobcats defeated Hinds 28-27. At half time, Hinds had the Bobcats 20-7, but the Bobcats came back for a rousing last minute win.
The Bobcats now have a record of five wins and three losses.
The JCJC Bobcats will host Mississippi Gulf Coast with the hopes of winning Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. The team and coaches would like for there to be a huge crowd as they battle it out for the win!
