The JCJC Bobcats faced off against the Co-Lin Wolf Pack in a dominating performance Sept. 21. The Bobcat defense put up another outstanding showing against the Wolf Pack offense. The Bobcat defense recorded eight sacks on the Wolf Pack quarterback and only allowed 30 rushing yards.
JCJC’s offense racked up over 400 total yards of offense. Most of the yards gained for the Bobcats was collected on the ground. JCJC running backs Scott Phillips and DeShawn Smith were the leading rushers for the Bobcats. Smith gained 152 yards on only 13 rushing attempts, and Phillips gained 127 yards on 18 attempts. The Bobcats’ next home game will be Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. against East Central Community College. Be sure to come out and cheer on your Bobcats!
