The JCJC men’s basketball team racked up a win against Copiah-Lincoln Community College on Dec. 4. The Bobcats traveled to Co-Lin and won with the score of 75-62.
The Bobcats’ leading scorers were Malik Henry, Mason Daniels and Winceton Edwards. These three Bobcats all scored 18 points and 7 rebounds each. Because of these performances, the Bobcats would come back from a halftime deficit to win. The Bobcats would out rebound the Wolf-Pack 41-40 and 21-27 from the free-throw line. The Bobcats would win over the Wolf-Pack with only shooting 39 percent from the floor.
The Bobcats’ next home game will be against the William Carey JV team on Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. Don’t forget to come out and support your JCJC Bobcats to a victory.
