How should students study for final exams?

As exam time nears, students face the inevitable, countless hours of studying. After a semester full of hard work and dedication, students then face final examinations, so how will students prepare themselves for these exams? Studies have shown that taking breaks in between study sessions proves to be quite beneficial. Www4.semo.edu says it is better to study 40-90 minutes and take ten minute breaks in between rather than having to study for hours at a time consecutively. Taking these breaks while studying keeps your mind and body concentrated on the task at hand as well as relieves the tension in your muscles and brain.

Students should be studying all semester long and simply review the material for a comprehensive exam, but with individual chapter tests, extra curricular activities and social obligations, it is impossible, or at least improbable, for most students. As a result, students must cram information into their brains for the final exam; therefore, they should do it in a smart manner and use these helpful study techniques.
