It can be so easy for students to forget about health and fitness when they are focused on classes. However, students should not forget about their health. There will be a Health and Fitness program Monday, Sept. 24 in the Fine Arts building from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The program is also an opportunity for dorm students to earn 25 points toward their programming and community engagement points. The program will also overlap with PSY 2553 requirements, so attending will give students credit for both.
