Graduation is right around the corner, and with it come awards, a rehearsal and a luncheon.
There will be a sophomore luncheon for the future graduates April 28. At the luncheon, the rules for graduation will be discussed and voting for the various golden key awards will take place. The categories of these awards include athletics, merit and leadership awards, which will have both male and female categories.
Later that day, graduation rehearsal will be in the Union. During rehearsal, the graduates’ caps and gowns will be handed out to them.
Graduation will take place May 5 in the A.B. Howard Gymnasium. The line up for graduation will start in the Union. All graduates need to come dressed in their caps and gowns. There will be a photographer at graduation to take pictures of students receiving their cases for the diploma. Actual diplomas will be mailed out after graduation to each individual student.
