Looking for a unique way to give back this holiday season? A blood drive will be held in the Home & Health building on Wednesday, Dec. 6. The drive will last from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Donors can register online at www.bloodhero.com (sponsor code: JCJC) or call Judy Prine at 601-477-4000. Participants can also walk in; however, making an appointment ahead of time is encouraged. Donors will receive a long sleeve t-shirt while supplies last, and the Jones County Cattlemen’s Association will grill hamburgers for all donors. For those who are able, do not forget to “stick out a paw” and donate blood!
