This week at Jones County Junior College, the Student Government Association is hosting speed-dating on Feb. 13, the day before Valentine’s Day. There will be tables set up in the Union at 6:30 p.m. for students who wish to take a fun-filled short cut to their Bobcat soulmate.
During this event, two girls will be paired with two guys at a table and when time runs out, the guys will move on to the next group for the mini dates to continue. There will be a preplanned questionnaire for everyone, so no one will have to endure any awkward silences. The dress is casual and the objective of this event is to have fun. So, open up that Monday schedule and come enjoy SGA speed dating.
Remember, this event is open to everyone in the student body. Students are encouraged to invite their fellow Bobcats and come get love sick with JCJC’s SGA.
