Healthy lifestyle for students

As a student, it is hard to find time to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Between class, homework, jobs and extra curricular activities, it seems as if there is little to no time for exercise. With the many different physical activity classes and times that are offered on campus, it should be easier to find a time and activity that fits one’s schedule and preference.

Classes are offered in time frames between 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday every week. They offer karate, yoga, spin class and a variety of other physical activities for different interests. Finding time for healthy activities on campus is easy with so many options and times.
