Costume contest winners are announced at Treats in the Streets

Every Halloween, JCJC hosts Treats in the Streets, where families gather on campus to play games, enjoy candy, and even compete in the children’s costume contest. This year JCJC  had a variety of costumes, consisting of movie stars, animals, and every-day people who inspired the kids of Jones county. The winners of each category each received a bag full of candy and gifts from JCJC faculty. The category ages ranged from one-year olds to kids reaching the age of 10 years old.

The winners of each category are as shown:

(Ages 0-1)

3rd Place: Hobo

2nd Place: Book Worm

1st Place: Chicken

(Ages 2-3)

3rd Place: Scarecrow

2nd Place: Crazy Cat Lady

1st Place: Cruella de Vil

(Ages 4-5)

3rd Place: Captain Underpants

2nd Place: Witch

1st Place: Colonel Sanders

           (Ages 6-7)

3rd Place: Candy Wrapper

2nd Place: Queen of Hearts

1st Place: Chucky
