“Ouija: Origin of Evil” receives mixed reviews

The recently released PG-13 horror, “Ouija: Origin of Evil,” has impressed the masses of horror fanatics.

Set in 1965 Los Angeles, the story revolves around a widowed woman and her two young daughters. They run a business of scams in order to make money, but one scam takes a turn for the worst. Her youngest daughter has a possession from a demon that they summoned from the Ouija board. The terror that the family experiences makes them fight to get the girl back and to rid her of the demon inside.

The film stars Annalise Basso, Elizabeth Reases, Lulu Wilson and Henry Thomas.

Metacritic gave the film a 65% rating, Rotten Tomatoes gave it 82% and iMDb gave it a 6.7/10.
