Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have decided to break up. Sources claim the reasoning behind the break up was due to Grande’s decision to take time after the death of rapper Mac Miller, her former boyfriend, back in September. While fans are taking this break up to heart, Grande and Davidson are both showing their compassion to their fans.
Davidson and Grande took to social and public media to address their split. Grande posted on her personal Instagram account before taking a break from social media “it’s very sad and we’re all tryin very hard to keep goin.”
Grande also released a song for each of her exes, Davidson included, explaining that all of them showed her love but it’s time to move on. The song “Thank U, Next” is already becoming an anthem of break-ups and new beginnings.
Davidson took to Saturday Night Live to say that he believes Grande is a wonderful person whom he wishes all happiness, but things just did not work out.
The former couple also changed their tattoos of each other’s name to make the break up official.
