Many students are anticipating the end of the semester, especially with finals steadily approaching Students have had many ups and downs throughout the busy fall semester. Sophomore Carley Broom is majoring in medical laboratory science and is taking 10 hours. She has had fun times while being at Jones College.
“I’ve enjoyed being at Jones,” Broom said. “I’ve gotten to meet some awesome people and it’s been a fun time.”
This semester has been one of the hardest for Broom due to her classes and and having to work. Through her trialing times, Broom reminds herself that things will be alright and to keep on working hard. Though being in college can be rough, it is important to stay positive and never stop pushing toward your goal.
“When you feel like quitting, think about why you started,” said Broom.
